REGISTRATION
The in-person event will be held from the evening of Friday, March 27th through the evening of Sunday, March 29th. Find the application link at the menu above. Applications for the early deadline (reduced fee) are due November 14th. Late deadline is January 30th! Financial aid consideration for both deadlines.
VENUE AND HOTEL INFORMATION
The in-person component of the 2026 Harvard Undergraduate World Pre-Health Conference will be hosted on Harvard Campus at the Harvard Science Center. Because we are not hosting at a specific hotel venue, we have provided a list of plausible, nearby hotels to stay at and their pricing for the duration of the conference (updated list for 2026 is coming soon).
Our finance team will work hard looking through financial aid applications and if any questions should arise concerning hotel pricing and information, do not hesitate to reach out to our finance email at finance@worldprehealthconference.org.
FINANCIAL AID
WPC is a non-profit organization founded in 2020. Because of this, we will not be able to provide financial aid to every student who applies for either conference component. However, our finance committee is working hard to make sure that 2026 is our most accessible year yet! You will be able to indicate on our application the financial aid that you are requesting!
