Cambridge, MA — The World Pre-Health Conference (WPC) at Harvard University is proud to announce its second in-person keynote speaker for its 2026 Conference: Dr. Betsy Grunch, a board-certified neurosurgeon known for her expertise, innovation, and impact both inside and outside the operating room.

Dr. Grunch practices in Gainesville, Georgia, where she specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery and advances in neurotrauma care. She has been consistently recognized as a Top Doctor by Georgia Trend and Atlanta Magazine, and in 2023, she was named one of Atlanta Magazine’s “Women Making a Mark” for her leadership and service in medicine.

Beyond her clinical accomplishments, Dr. Grunch is a prominent digital voice in healthcare, known to millions across social media platforms as @Ladyspinedoc. She uses her platform to demystify neurosurgery with clarity and authenticity while sharing her life as a surgeon, mother, wife, and friend. Her educational and candid content inspires future healthcare professionals, supports patients and their families, and brings humor and hope to those navigating medical and personal challenges.

The World Pre-Health Conference is honored to welcome Dr. Grunch as part of its distinguished lineup of keynote speakers for 2026. She will bring a unique perspective on modern medicine blending surgical expertise, advocacy, and storytelling in the digital age.
