When will the conference schedule be out?
Your WPC Board is working hard to create the best schedule for WPC 2027 so please be patient with us! Any updates for the WPC 2027 in-programming will be reflected on the 2027 In-Person Programming and 2027 Virtual Programming web pages. Please refer to the WPC 2027 web page for more general information about applications and the conferences.

What hotels are nearby Harvard?
Unfortunately, we do not provide any housing but there are many great hotels in the area. The following are hotels near the university: Sheraton Commander Hotel, The Charles Hotel, Harvard Square Hotel, Hotel Veritas, A Friendly Inn at Harvard, Courtyard by Marriott Boston Cambridge, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston-Cambridge, Holiday Inn Boston-Cambridge Area, La Quinta by Wyndham Boston Somerville, Porter Square Hotel, Cambridge Common House.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our primary forms of payment are Venmo and Zelle! More information will be provided in your acceptance email to the conference. If you encounter any issues with registration or payment, or if you require an alternative payment method, please contact info@worldprehealthconference.org

Is there easy access transportation? (airport, around boston, etc)
The easiest and most budget-friendly option is the MBTA Red Line from the Harvard stop! The MBTA Silver Line 1 takes you to and from the airport and South Station where you can transfer to the Red Line which will bring you straight to the Harvard stop. From the Harvard stop, taking the Red Line ~10 minutes to the Park Street stop takes you to the heart of Boston.

What does food look like while at the in-person conference?
During the conference, we will be providing light breakfast items (coffee, pastries, etc.) and snacks throughout the day. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide lunch or dinner but Harvard Square, about a 4-minute walk from campus, has many restaurants and food options. Any of the WPC staff would be happy to give any recommendations!

Is there any way I can submit a late application?
Unfortunately, once our deadline has closed, we will not accept any more applications. Please check the WPC 2027 web page for more specific dates. I highly encourage you to apply for the next year's conference. I would check our website at some point early fall for updates!
